Tumaglad/Baphomet Raid?

So, I joined a party today thinking it was for ghost raid. When the stage loaded, surprise! We were in the bapho raid.
Luckily, I was carrying the right key for this, my first ever bapho raid. The first stage was easy, but that was what surprised me; that it was the "first" (Not done yet!).

Next stage? Total fail. We kept getting killed by Exploding Ostriches and Tree Spirit beams while waiting for someone to go in and do something or other.....
So... can someone explain what you do in bapho raid? How many stages are there? What the hell we were waiting for in the beginning of the 2nd stage? What to expect from Baphomet himself? Etc.

i kinda dont know about bapho, i only done 2 that failed for me, 1st one i dced at stage clear reward (wasnt internet problem, i got a dc bug) and the other fail was that everyone died in 2nd place ostrich part. im doing 30 times each raid, and currently at 18/30 kanhels, so later on is bapho, ill tell you how it goes x3 sorry

lol, so u do have some experience with those ridiculous ostriches. those things deal high dmg, explode faster, and can't be attacked without exploding. plus, there's hardly any room to avoid them. perhaps someone should lure them away or get an icewall to keep them away. I kinda want to try again if i get the chance, but ill need more keys first.
